Scheduling & Confirmation

We will text to confirm your clean the evening before your appointment.

If you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours notice.

Access & Entry
To complete your scheduled cleaning, please ensure safe access to the property.
Accepted entry methods:

Door code
-
Lockbox or keypad entry
-
A key hidden on-site, location provided in advance
If the cleaner cannot gain access upon arrival, a $50 travel fee will apply.
Driveways must be cleared, especially in winter, so we can enter and leave safely without the risk of getting stuck.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is hourly, and the total reflects the actual time required.

A minimum service fee of $150 applies to all appointments.

Invoices are sent the evening the clean is completed and must be paid within 7 days.

Payments may be made by e-transfer, details included on the invoice.
Garbage Removal
-
If bags need to be taken to the dump, a $10 per bag fee applies ($8 municipal charge plus $2 time and travel)

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and include a photo of the area.
We will gladly return to make it right.

Preparation Requirements
To help us focus on cleaning, please:

Clear dishes from the sink

Remove major clutter from floors and surfaces
If additional tidying is required before cleaning can begin, extra time may be added to your total.

Pets
We love your furry family.
We are happy to clean around pets as long as they are comfortable with us being there.
Please let us know ahead of time if your pet is an escape artist because we want everyone safe and inside.

Supplies & Equipment
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
If you prefer that we use your products, we are happy to do so, however Bayful Bliss cannot be held responsible for any damage or poor results caused by client-provided products.

Breakage & Damage
We treat your home and belongings with great care. If accidental damage occurs:

We will notify you right away

We will work with you on a fair solution

We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or installed before our arrival, such as loose décor, unstable shelving, or unsecured frames.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Safety & Hazard Policy
We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of animal or human waste, bodily fluids, mold, infestations, or hazardous materials.
If a cleaner feels unsafe at any time, they may leave immediately and we will determine whether service can resume.

Before & After Photos
We take short video walkthroughs at rental properties for quality checks before we leave, and occasionally take photos in residential homes to document results.
We never include identifiable personal items or specific location details.
If you would prefer no photos at all, please let us know because we fully respect client privacy.
