AIRBNB & SHORT TERM RENTAL TURNOVERS

We know how important it is for your short term rental to be cleaned in-between guests! That is why we will:

• Strip and wash all bedding and towels

• Remake beds and re-stage towels

• Do a standard kitchen clean (including wiping out microwave and fridge)

• Disinfect and clean toilets, showers, sinks and mirrors

• Dust/wipe surfaces in accessible areas

• Vacuum and mop all floors

• Disinfect all light switches and door knobs

• Make sure soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and other items are stocked for the new guests

RESIDENTIAL & COTTAGE CLEANS

Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Cleans

Kitchen: Cleaning of counter tops, top and front of oven, (including hood vent and drip pan/glass top surface), sinks, front of all appliances, microwave wiped out. General dusting. Floors vacuumed and mopped.

Bathroom: Cleaning of toilets, shower and/or bathtubs, mirrors and sinks. General dusting. Floors vacuumed and mopped.

Living Areas: Surfaces wiped, general dusting. Cushions / decor pillows fluffed. Floors vacuumed and mopped.

Sleeping Areas: Surfaces wiped, general dusting. Floors vacuumed and mopped.

Additional services available as an add-on, including cleaning inside of fridge, inside of oven, wiping interior walls, baseboards, bed making and more.

SPRING CLEAN

Freshen up your home, cottage or short term rental!

A spring clean includes everything listed above in Residential & Cottage Cleans, plus additional services. These additional services are discussed and chosen by clients making each spring clean unique. Additional services can include baseboards being wiped down, all picture frames and wall decor dusted, cleaning the inside of oven and fridge, window sills, wiping down the inside of cupboards and more.

MOVING IN OR MOVING OUT CLEAN

We can make sure that your new home is spotless or your old one is left in pristine condition for the next owners!

• Kitchen countertops cleaned, oven, fridge and microwave cleaned (inside and out), cupboards wiped down (inside and out)

• Cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, shower and/or bathtubs, mirrors and sinks.

• Door frames, light switches, doorknobs, baseboards wiped down

• All surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped.

*We also offer these services when you move-out and need a clean after all your belongs are removed!
